Runiger to Thala Bugyal 5-6 hrs trek max Altitude – 10500 ft.

Thala Bugyal to Namik village 5-6 hrs trek max altitude 7800 ft.

Namik village to Haldwani via Gogina, Sama 2 hrs trek & 7-8 hrs drive to Haldwani ,and depart.
